Not knowing much about Quebec city, I decided to take a room at the Best Western on De La Couronne.
Simple rooms with King bed was about 170$.
The bed was great!
Parking is an extra 9$ a day.
Room with jacuzzi goes for 200$.
The jacuzzi was good, but the room was unimpressive (2 big towels instead of 4, no bubble bath with jacuzzi, etc.).
None of the ladies had a problem to reach my room.
After asking around, I believe that you can find much better value in Quebec city that this place.
Do you have any hotel suggestions?
